HOW CAN I BE ASSURED OF THE QUALITY OF MY GARMENT WHEN IT ARRIVES?
We guarantee the highest quality and best value garments in the UK! We offer a no quibble guarantee, which ensures that every single customer in always 100% satisfied.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept major credit/debit cards - MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Delta and PayPal.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY DETAILS WILL BE KEPT PRIVATE?
NovelTee does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others, so your confidentiality is assured and of upmost importance to us.

WHAT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?
At NovelTee we love to hear from you and are here for any advice right up until the delivery of your order. We do this so that we know that you are 100% satisfied upon receipt of your item. However, if this is not the case please contact us and let us know, we are proud to offer a no quibble guarantee and always endeavour to sort any problems ASAP for our customers.

CAN I RETURN PERSONALISED ITEMS?
Unfortunately if you have requested items to be personalised (e.g. workwear) it is not possible to return these items as they are produced specifically for you and are therefore not re-saleable.

 WHEN WILL MY ITEM ARRIVE?

All items are made to order so we do recommend around 2 working days for production time and then standard delivery can take 3-5 working days. Please note, during busy periods production time may increase. If you need an item quickly or for a specific day, please contact us before placing your order and we can advise on the best delivery options available.

HOW DO I PROVIDE YOU WITH MY PERSONALISATION DETAILS?

Simply leave all of your details in the comments box at the checkout when placing your order, or email us on novelteesales@gmail.com Our printing team will then ensure they can print this for you, we will then drop you an email explaining they are processing your order and at this point will contact you with any queries they may have. If you have a company logo you would like to have printed, please email us the logo before placing your order so that we can be sure this is something we could produce for you.
