HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY DETAILS WILL BE KEPT PRIVATE?
NovelTee does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others, so your confidentiality is assured and of upmost importance to us.
We do not send you any mail (email or via post) without your permission. The information we collect from you is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Your email address is used for your login purposes and we will send you updates on your order (for example when the order is processing, when it has been despatched to you and if there are any problems with your order).
We do not distribute any information which you give us to any 3rd party website's or organisation. Your information is kept private and safe at all times.
WHAT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?
At NovelTee we love to hear from you and are here for any advice right up until the delivery of your order. We do this so that we know that you are 100% satisfied upon receipt of your item. However, if this is not the case please contact us and let us know, we are proud to offer a no quibble guarantee and always endeavour to sort any problems ASAP for our customers.

CAN I RETURN PERSONALISED ITEMS?
Unfortunately if you have requested items to be personalised (e.g. workwear) it is not possible to return these items as they are produced specifically for you and are therefore not re-saleable.
WHEN WILL MY ITEM ARRIVE?
All items are made to order so we do recommend around 2 working days for production time and then standard delivery can take 3-5 working days. Please note, during busy periods production time may increase. If you need an item quickly or for a specific day, please contact us before placing your order and we can advise on the best delivery options available.
HOW DO I PROVIDE YOU WITH MY PERSONALISATION DETAILS?
Simply leave all of your details in the comments box at the checkout when placing your order, or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org Our printing team will then ensure they can print this for you, we will then drop you an email explaining they are processing your order and at this point will contact you with any queries they may have. If you have a company logo you would like to have printed, please email us the logo before placing your order so that we can be sure this is something we could produce for you.
